Open-access policy
Every Palmyra journal is diamond open access: research is free to read from the day it is published, and authors never pay to publish.

Why diamond open access
The journals provide immediate open access on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Diamond means that principle applies to authors as well as readers: nobody pays at either end.
What CC BY 4.0 allows
Anyone may copy, redistribute, translate and adapt an article for any purpose, including commercially, provided the authors and the original publication are credited and any changes are indicated. Article metadata is openly available to harvesters through the addresses on the metadata and discovery page.
What this rules out
No Palmyra journal will ask an author for money at any stage: not to submit, not to review faster, not to publish. An invitation that asks for a fee in the name of a Palmyra journal is not from us; please report it to editor@palmyrapub.org.
