Reading and reusing
Does it cost anything to read an article?
No. Every article is free to read and download, with no subscription or registration.
Can I reuse an article?
Yes. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence: you may share and adapt them for any purpose if you credit the authors and the source.
How do I cite an article?
Open the article and use its Cite menu: a formatted citation in several styles (APA, Harvard, Chicago and more), or a RIS or BibTeX file for EndNote, Zotero, Mendeley, RefWorks or LaTeX.
How do I hear about new issues?
Register an account and choose new-issue notices, or follow a journal's RSS or Atom feed (listed on the metadata and discovery page).
Publishing
Is there a fee to submit or publish?
No. Palmyra journals are diamond open access: no submission fees and no article processing charges. The publisher bears the costs.
Who keeps the copyright?
The authors. Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence.
How are submissions reviewed?
Research submissions receive double-anonymised peer review. Each journal's author guidelines and ethics pages give the details.
May I post a preprint or deposit my paper in a repository?
Yes. Preprints may be posted at any time and do not count as prior publication; declare the preprint at submission. Accepted manuscripts may be deposited at once, with no embargo, and published articles may be shared anywhere under CC BY 4.0. See preprints and self-archiving.
What happens after I submit?
An editorial check, double-anonymised review by at least two reviewers, a decision with the reports, revision, then copyediting, proofs and publication. See the publication process.
Can I submit a manuscript now?
Palmyra Journal of Management & Leadership: submissions are currently closed. Palmyra Journal of Business Strategy & Innovation: submissions are currently closed. The author resource centre links to each journal's guidelines.
Corrections and concerns
I found an error in a published article.
Write to editor@palmyrapub.org with the article's address. Corrections are published as notices and listed under each journal's Errata tab; see the corrections and retractions policy of the journal concerned.
Who publishes the journals?
Connexdotz Private Limited, trading as Palmyra Academic Press, India. The publisher information page of each journal gives ownership and funding.
