[TEST RECORD] A workflow rehearsal manuscript for platform validation

This record exists only to exercise the journal platform end to end. It is not a research article, it reports no findings, and it must not be cited, indexed or archived. It was created to verify that a manuscript can be imported, assigned to an issue, published, rendered as a landing page, downloaded as a PDF galley, exported to a citation manager, described correctly to Google Scholar, and harvested over OAI-PMH. It is deleted before the journal opens to real submissions.
